Size by your bra size, as the straps and back are so adjustable. Size XS fits an A-B cup, size S fits an B-C cup. M fits a C-D cup, L fits a D cup and maybe a little larger - it depends on your shape. Size XL and XXL will fit a DD and up to most sizes.
